This was a custom saddle for customer in Florida. She wanted the turbo style saddle with the design of the round back race. I chose to use the standard seam placement on the turbo saddle while creating a welt style connection on the tail instead of the baseball stitch I normally do.
I'm super exited to announce that LEH SEATS will now be able to sell custom saddles directly to you from WTB and FIZIK.
You can now order a saddle recover directly from the web store.
I finished up this great project for a client's M55 Terminus E-bike. The Grips will sew on over foam memory grips providing style and comfort. This saddle took many hours of work and I'm super happy with how it turned out
This is a new design on the Delta Top shape. Shown in high gloss Caramel hide from Italy.
These are the prototypes of the braided slip-on leather wraps. I put them on my new Fairdale Parser Express. The drop/lever version comes in four braided sections with sew on lever cuffs, top cuffs and bottom cuffs.
Here's a little variation I did for a customer. Taking the design from the Round Back race and placing it on the Delta Top Race saddle it features red leather with black stitching.
This custom designed saddle is based on the Turbo style shape with a two-tone leather design. This saddle represents over 25 hours of design and construction. I'm super exited to see it at it's final destination zipping about in Thailand on a M55 Terminus E-Bike
My two tone wingtip saddle was featured in the fall issue of Steel Magazine. Steel is a French cycling mag focused on urban cycling trends and the people behind them.

Todd Robison is one of the brains of Twenty2 Cycles out of Vail, Colorado. Todd built this custom road bike for himself and ordered a two-tone wingtip saddle and a custom bar wrap that incorporates a two part suede wrap and calf skin sew up.
Fairwheel Bikes is a very reputable high-end shop in Arizona who I created a custom saddle and wrap for their most recent creation with Crumpton cycles. The bike looks amazing you can check out their Facebook page for more images
In early September we journeyed north from Yosemite into the great forests of northern California and central Oregon. We landed in Jedidia Smith State Park and stayed on the Smith River. From there we drove to Crater Lake which was the first place we had seen for many months which had any rain fall. We even had a few firefighters come down from the ridge to inspect our campfire. By their own accord they said they "where very bored" due to the rain fall and seemed quite unhappy about the arrival of the wet season. From Crater Lake we traveled north where we stayed at Smith Rock State Park. A fantastic rock formation in the middle of a flat high desert plain. The park was filled with rock climbers who had traveled from all around to climb there.
This Ken Evans Bike built up by Pony Bikes of Melbourne Australia features a Flat Top Race Saddle with Tan/ Burnish leather. Check it out on CycleEXIF for more details
We just finished a four day stay in a very empty Yosemite Valley. On account of the massive fire on the parks northern boundary the majority of the campers and traffic disappeared. We stayed at Camp 4 which normally fills all days of the week all summer long by 8 am. Camp 4 was the only campground in which we saw any large group of people. Most all the other camp grounds where ghost towns.
That's right. After three years in Los Angeles, I'm packing up the shop next week and moving to Austin, Texas. I'll be spending the next month traveling back to my beautiful home state of Washington then down to Texas with my lady. I will be ceasing seat production until Mid-October so please note that while the store will be open I will not be able to fulfill orders until then. In the mean time I'll be updating the blog with shots and stories from riding and camping. Thanks - Carson
This is the classic town saddle in black Dakota with blood rd stitching. Made for a birthday present for a local collector in Los Angeles
This is for a Bicycle Habitat customer build to be fitted on a Cielo Tanner Goods Edition touring bike. I made a wingtip style oil skin hide saddle and matching bar wrap on pretty short notice for them as this was headed out for the clients wife's birthday. Hope she likes it.
